Cochrane Information Centre
I visited the visitor center with my families on July 21 between 530 pm to 545 pm. The staff was not friendly at all. My 3-yr-old was excited about the trip in Cochrane and was curious about everything. She was just exploring the visitor center, but a male staff (or maybe he’s just a friend of the staff) kept stopping her from getting near things. When my daughter tried to touch the flyers on the wall, that man said no! you can’t touch it! Only look! Weren’t the flyers there for visitors to collect? And when my father took my daughter to a picture on the floor and pointed her the bear in the picture, that man said no! You can’t touch it! They actually barely touched it! They were just pointing at the picture. If the picture is so valuable or fragile, why on earth is was kept on the floor? Why not having it framed nicely and hang on the wall?During our visit for about 10-15 mins, that man stopped my daughter from “touching” things in the room for 5-6 times! This is super annoying as it was not her intention to damage or dirty anything, and she barely get close to anything at all as that man kept stopping her. I was shocked that a place like this is so not family friendly! The staff behaved in a way that makes me feel like it’s not a visitor center, but rather a fancy museum that not everyone could afford.I’m thinking to file a final complaint, I wonder what is the email address I could send. Does anyone know?

Nakusp & District Chamber Of Commerce and Visitor Centre
We arrived in Nakusp with a booking at a campsite that was after all closed. We go to the Information centre and we get the perfect assistance. Arranged for us a new campground, give some information about local things (traffic and ferry's). Many thanks for the perfect Assistance!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Was able to help with certain locations we wanted to stop by, due to covid some places have closed closed up shop. Nice clean location and well lit and has maps of the area but you'll probably find out more from the staff lol

Tourism Tofino
Amazing place to be. A great place to take a break from long and tiresome driving. Helpful and friendly staff to gain info and know upcoming events. They knick knacks and mugs to buy from the gift shop. They also have maps for the geographic view of the area. There also a kayak or canoe suspended on to the roof which gives that authentic feel.

Lillooet Museum
Amazing museum and incredible staff (apologies I didn't catch your names!). Very knowledgeable and a good sense of humour. My Dad and I learnt a lot from the nice lady who talked us through most of the items there - she also has a beautiful dog we were lucky enough to meet! I highly recommend the museum if you're in the area.

Banff Visitor Centre
Banff visitor centre should be the first place to head when arriving to banff. The staff is very helpful, providing excellent information. what places to see, and must places to see. If one is taking the ONIT transportation up to Banff. The $10 CAD one way trip cost also includes the local Roam bus in the city of Banff. Otherwise . It will cost an adult $2. CAD. This is still a bargain. I highly recommend going to sulfur mountain and taking the gondola or for those that want to save some $$$. It would take nearly 2 1/2 hours to trek up the rough pathway. Is it worth it? YES!!!!I spent a nice day trip to Banff. It cost me $20.00 round trip taking the ONIT transport from Calgary. FYI. It only operates Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It obvious the price is subsidized. If one travels to Banff, Monday to Thursday, expect to pay $45.00 CAD one way.Besides the excellent staff at the visitor centre, The centre has clean restroom. Enjoy Banff, you will not regret it!
